Hi, I’m SK

Hi, I’m Sarah, the SK in Upskale. I was trained in Finance and Organizational Behavior before honing those skills in Finance and Tech companies at various stages. I’m a Bay Area transplant from the East Coast who loves parenting, cooking, working out, and wine (recently completed WSET Level II and started Level III with the Napa Valley Wine Academy). In the workplace, I’m happiest when I can balance high-level work (building an Annual Plan with Leadership, creating a People Roadmap and headcount plan, etc.) with getting into the nitty gritty (answering Customer Support messages, writing SOPs, doing interviews, creating SQL dashboards, etc.). My favorite work mantras are “clear is kind”, give away your legos, and assume positive intent. As a consultant, I partner with Founders to build exceptional teams, processes, and systems.
